1117 12th Avenue (Seattle, WA): Previously an auto repair building that was endowed with beautiful exposed brick walls and generous ceiling heights throughout the 2-story building. This building is located on the border of Seattle University and is home to two beloved local businesses: Café Presse and Stumptown Coffee and Roastery. Current Project.
The Liberty Hotel (Boston, MA): An almost 10 year undertaking to transform an architectural gem from 1850’s in the heart of Beacon Hill in Boston, Massachusetts. This incredible hotel offers sweeping views of the Charles River, multiple restaurants and bars on-site and creates experiential events in the 5-story interior rotunda flanked with catwalks.
